The Grimmest Greatest American Economic Depression Is Upon Us
There is nothing we can do to stop this.
If thinking about the potential fallout from the dark comedy of errors that will be the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election, do take the time to think beyond the agonizing terror that could be every Donald Trump versus Joe Biden debate. Stop, and note that as of January 20, 2021, the actual worst of times in American history will truly be upon us. There is nothing we can do to stop this. There is no impeachment, election, assassination, or cataclysm that can avoid the great tragedy that will befall the United States of America. There’s a grim, reaping reckoning afoot. These words may sound insane, but the conditions for them to hold value in their warning absolutely exists.
We’re roughly four years away from a level of unprecedented American economic calamity that, when it occurs, will trigger a global market shift that will effectively catapult the Pacific Rim and industrialized west Africa far, far, far past the United States into a likely untouchable first world position, well into the 22nd century. How? Why? What can America do to solve for itself?
